No cancellation fee
There is no charge for cancelling or changing a reservation. Please make changes as early as possible.
How to cancel
Open the private management link in your confirmation email and choose cancel. A cancellation email will confirm the change.
Late cancellation and no-shows
No-shows leave the guide waiting and may prevent another traveller from joining a full session. If you cannot attend, cancel even at short notice.
Tour changes
Weather, safety, minimum attendance or exceptional local conditions may require a schedule change. When possible, affected guests will be contacted using the email supplied at booking.
