Information collected
We collect the name, email address, optional phone number, group size and optional notes you provide when booking. We also store reservation events and limited pseudonymised technical information used to prevent abuse.
Why it is used
Your information is used to create and manage the reservation, send confirmations and changes, communicate practical tour information and operate the service safely.
Service providers
Data is processed through Supabase for reservations and authentication, Resend for transactional email and Vercel for hosting. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.
Retention and deletion
Booking information is retained for operational, accounting and safety needs and then deleted or anonymised. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@ohridfreetour.com.
Your management link
The private link in your email grants access to your booking. Keep it confidential. It can be revoked if it is exposed.
