Privacy policy

How Ohrid Free Tour uses the details you share when making and managing a booking.

Last updated: 19 July 2026.

Information collected

We collect the name, email address, optional phone number, group size and optional notes you provide when booking. We also store reservation events and limited pseudonymised technical information used to prevent abuse.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Google Analytics may measure page visits and completed reservations, and Google Ads may measure whether an advertisement led to a reservation. Campaign parameters such as UTM values and Google click identifiers may be stored with the booking so results can be measured through attendance, cancellation or no-show. Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers and booking notes are not sent in these measurement events. Browser privacy controls can be used to restrict or clear stored measurement data.

Why it is used

Your information is used to create and manage the reservation, send confirmations and changes, communicate practical tour information, measure marketing performance and operate the service safely.

Service providers

Data is processed through Supabase for reservations and authentication, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting and Google for configured analytics or advertising measurement. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services.

Retention and deletion

Booking and campaign information is retained for operational, accounting and measurement needs and then deleted or anonymised. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@ohridfreetour.com.

Your management link

The private link in your email grants access to your booking. Keep it confidential. It can be revoked if it is exposed.
