Reservations
A reservation holds places for the selected session and group size. Accurate contact information is required. Do not reserve more places than you expect to use.
Tip-based pricing
The public walk has no fixed ticket price. Guests may choose a voluntary tip after the tour based on their experience and budget.
Participation
Guests are responsible for suitable footwear, weather protection and personal safety. Children remain under their accompanying adult’s supervision. Follow reasonable guide instructions.
Route and schedule
The route, stops, duration and food or tea component may change due to weather, opening hours, events, safety or group needs.
Liability
Participation involves ordinary walking risks including cobbles, steps, traffic and weather. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
